We are searching for a candidate for the role of Content Manager for the brand Expert International (www.expert.org).
 
Responsibilities:
- Create, edit, and publish online all the business’s content production initiatives inclusive of posts, videos, blogs, emails, infographics, and web pages
- Develop and publishes complete and accurate consumer-related content.
- Research on current trends, maintain awareness and keep the content department up to date with the current and developing standards
- Calculation of ROI on each area of Marketing related content released by the business
- Conduct research and analyses patterns of audience engagement by using tools such as Google Analytics, and social media audience engagement
- Produce content in a variety of creative formats
- Collaborate with main stakeholders throughout all phases of the content
 
Role purpose:
- Ensure that all the content maintains a high standard in quality in line with the business brand
- Maintain editorial consistency and continuity in the multiple corporate online materials
- Play an active role connecting with the consumers in order to collect feedback
- Ensure that the content provides an edge over the competition
- Play a creative role in the business and participates in the formulation of content strategies

Potrebne kvalifikacije: 
Critical knowledge:
- Social Networks methodology knowledge and use of online software (Social Media Calendars, Buffer, HootSuite, etc.)
- Use graphical edit software to create posts and manipulate images
- Perform sensitivity and fairness reviews on all published content and have a strong understanding of consumer experience mapping
- Demonstrate an understanding of content strategies and trends that will guide the performance of his analyses
 
Critical experience:
- Proven experience of 2 years working
- Proven analytical /conceptual thinking skills
- Experience in the use and navigation of key social media platforms: Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, Pinterest, YouTube, and Instagram
- Proven experience utilizing current English usage and research standards
 
Critical technical, professional and personal capabilities:
- Bachelor’s degree in English, Business Administration, Public Relations, International Relations, Marketing, Psychology, or any other related field.
 
An equivalent of this requirement in working experience is also acceptable:
- Detail-oriented and self-sufficient, being able to handle high-quality editing
- Has exceptional online social network skills that assist in the establishment of consistent and professional messages in consumer-targeted communications inclusive of website pages, blog posts, eBooks, and other publications
- High Level of Interpersonal and Communication skills, both in written and in verbal form
- Analytical thinking and creative skills to deal with problems; strong organizational skills; an ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines; strong attention to detail; an ability to work efficiently under pressure
- Knowledge of creating PowerPoint publications
- Fluent in English, most communication is done in English, while all content creation is done fully in the English language
- Ability to form strong, meaningful, and lasting connections with people
 
For all mentioned parts of the position, we will provide in-depth education. However, it is crucial that you are capable of creative writing in the English language.
