- Prepare, rewrite and edit copy to improve readability, or supervise others who do this work;
- Read copy or proof to detect and correct errors in spelling, punctuation, and syntax;
- Verify facts, dates, and statistics, using standard reference sources;
- The editor is expected to familiarize himself/herself with specific client expectations, templates, and writing guides and conduct his/her work accordingly.

Potrebne kvalifikacije:
- At least 3 years of editorial experience editing for a print or online journal of repute or within a private/public company;
- 5 years of total professional experience;
- Native English speaker (exceptions will be made for candidates with exceptional spoken and written English and overall mastery of the language);
- University degree from an English-speaking university (studies conducted in English; minimum Bachelors);
- Able to be flexible with hours – option to work remotely after training;
- Ability to work under pressure and with stringent set deadlines;
- Exceptional attention to detail.
